Miss Scarlett, 只可惜你还不太懂马来语,有个新加坡马来妇女連接我国一个马来u.tuber, 所讲的有多可怕。同样的说大马是马来人的,那可以被华人掌管大马, 怎么可以给他们讲华人语,要我们好像印尼,有马来名,只讲马来语......等等,一大堆一大堆可怕的意见傳授给这u.tuber。(平常这u.tuber就看不顺眼华人的)
@@scarlett-dingWell, property developers build houses based on projected demand. If they don't foresee lots of people able to afford 1m MYR houses, they won't build houses of that price. If they expect many foreigners with loads of money, then they will build mostly expensive houses. They don't build cheaper ones. The result, most new houses are expensive. You can see this in southern Johor. They know those working in Singapore are getting 15-30k MYR a month now, so instead of building 300-400k MYR landed houses (which they can), basically all new ones are now priced above 700k. This also happens in Thailand. 15 years ago, 1m THB new apartments were common. With an influx of Chinese buyers after mid 201x, new ones were sold at around 2m. It was only due to the pandemic that it dropped to about 1.5. What happened during the pandemic? Foreigners were mostly locked out of the country. About 50% of a building is sold to foreigners.
