This is inspired by 70's hard rock as "Rainbow"🌈 or "UFO"👽 Captain Mina is a great composer & guitarist.
now this i like -up until now most of what i've heard is old destrose remakes-still love mina but i wish they had more of their own compositions. unbreakable wings is a killer mv and song

Honestly the Detrose 'covers' are not the majority of Fate Gear repertoire. And if they did not sing them nobody else would, so those smashing songs cans still live on through Fate Gear

Wow, Nico is really good. I was used to Nana's vocals, because I only recently discovered this band. Nico's colored contact lenses are neat! Looks very close to my own natural eye color! Japanese girls love hair dye, and color contact lenses! Which is fine, I have no problem with that.

I didn't like metal much (except for a few songs/bands) until I met J-metal. Why is it so much better then western metal? Just listened to my first song Headless Goddess and that sounded good and this 2nd one too. They also make much more effort to make themselfs unique in contradiction to western bands (with exceptions like Kiss), which is most of the time also the outfits (e.g. Band-maid, wagakki band and Yousei teikoku). This band has been added to my list next to the previous mentioned ones.
@ScreamBloodyGwar5 жыл бұрын
Not trying to diss any music you like or anything but judging by the Japanese bands you mentioned I can only imagine the western "metal" bands you mentioned may not exactly be metal, not your fault it happens all the time, some poor folks think Disturbed and Rammstein are metal. Again it's cool and all if they like that stuff but the stuff put out to be advertised by major labels and heard on radio usually either isn't exactly metal or is obnoxiously lower quality. There are loads other Japanese metal bands, check out Sex Machineguns they're amazing, especially live. For western metal unfortunately many people never get to see the real stuff like ever, give some of these bands a chance: Riot, Scanner, Risk, Besital Invasion, Ustalost, Timeghoul, Vulture, Dream Troll Black Viper, S.D.I., Taramis, Virtue, Allagash, King Diamond, Traveller, Idle Hands, Deceased, Venom, the list can go on forever but I'm certain you'll find something you'll like in there. Those are bands that people apart of the metalhead subculture would typically enjoy, as opposed to stuff like what's popularly heard. Anyway, still have a good day and all, let me know if you gave any of these bands a try, I mixed some old and new ones in there.

@mysticaloha3 жыл бұрын
I am happy somebody noticed Babymetal is not real. :) Fate Gear is real, though it is more a project than a band in the usual western understanding. 'Captain Mina', the guitarist, is the brains behind the music and everything else. Vocalists are guests.
