Lauren did the second chorus but Natasha was too loud so you couldn't hear that Lauren had the melody. Sadly I didn't hear anything for Katherine but for the the ending bridge/final verse before the last chorus when Natasha had the "no better you..." Katherine sang the responding melody instead of a harmony.

And yes, everyone did get solos, but you couldn't really hear Lauren in the second chorus. These are supposed to be harmonies while Lauren leading it. It did not come out as that though.
