Being from the United States...Texas that is...we never received any British Broadcasting shows, other than, 'Monty Python' on occasion, "Are You Being Served?", in the early 90's, and a few "Young Ones", episodes on MTV in the late 80's. Thanks to KZbin now...I can get acquainted with the older British shows. "Are You Being Served?", has always been a favorite, and now I can view these episodes with Barry Evan's. Quite enjoyable.

This was one of my favourite 1970s sitcoms I thought Barry Evans was so cute and sexy looking. Shame his acting career went downhill I could imagine him starring in eastenders now. RIP Robin and Barry

In answer to The5thElementFemale, the apple cider they refer to here is a 'hard cider,' fermented to make it an alcoholic beverage. As a very young kid, my dad built a still in our basement & home-brewed a good batch of hard cider that knocked my sister unconscious after she sneaked a LOT of 'tastes'. Having gone through the still, it might have been considered 'apple brandy.' but I'm not sure ( I was only 5 or 6 yoa.) In any case, it's quite good as long as you don't mix other alcohols with it... like ..say...Carlsberg Special. (They call it a "Snake Bite" for good reason) If you make that mistake you can pretty much count on the reappearance of everything you've eaten since birth over the next 12 to 24 hours., :o)
