I´ve had three experiences where I saw shadows (twice) and a bright light. Plus around 50 - 60 times hearing sounds, that invariably began with the creaking of the plastic cover of the internal unit of my split air conditioner, then stopping, then to my TV, which began creaking, then the TV stopped, and my wardrobe began creaking, then stopping, and finished with the shelf right over my head creaking as well.
