SCARY MOMENT CAUGHT ON CAMERA | FIVE YEAR OLD GOES TOO FAST DOWN THE MOUNTAIN | OUT OF CONTROL

It's not very often we can let the kids skip school and go skiing with Justin. Today was one of those rare days where at the spur of the moment we told Ashton and Ava to get dressed because they were going to skip school and hit the mountain. Ava has become quite the little skier but with that confidence she gave us quite the scare today on the mountain!

The place looks packed seems everyone had the same fabulous idea you did Justin. I could watch you all ski for hours. Aston and Ava are very advanced for their ages. When my kids were Aston and Ava's ages we started going to Jackson Hole Wyoming. Jackson Hole was our go to vacation in the winter time. My girls have always been avid skiers and both of them were on the club snow ski team in high school. Definitely cheaper to rent skis for them until they stop growing once they are in high school

Justin, you gotta love the outrageous markup on foods at so many entertainment venues, (like at ball games and amusement parks) but it sure is worth the convenience and it did look delicious. Justin I DEFINITELY think you’ve met your match with Ava as she keeps exploring new sports. All the kids are great BUT this little girl is exceptionally talent and laughs instead of being afraid. Can’t wait to see more of her journey growing up and if Momma keeps her nails 😅😂🤣. With a dad like Justin and a fearless uncle Sean there’s no telling what she can do. I remember skiing when I was little and I’d be uncontrollably fast and fall. I’d be laying in the snow so long before my dad could catch up to help me up😂 This video brought back some fun memories!❤️

In my 20's I lived way upstate NY, which is all woods and trees and SNOW! It's one storm after the other in NJ and NY here this winter, lost count of how many storms we've had so far. Glad you are enjoying the snow, quite frankly, I am tired of it and can't wait till Spring! 🤐 😊 Brother use to take me and sisters when I was around Ava's age. We weren't as fearless as Ava and Ashy are for sure!

Justin you are very good at skiing without poles, Ava and Ashton are two tough and brave children, they could teach me to ski because I am not able.

I love that the children are taught how to ski without using poles which can be more of a hindrance than helpful at times. I was taught with poles which was ok , we also didn’t have ski slopes like you have in Utah since we live on the east coast not far from Washington DC. We usually could ski down the 2 large hills in the side yard and behind the house until all the neighbors started getting their yards fenced in. We then switched to skiing down the 7 very steep hills which were some of the streets in the neighborhood . This generally happened following the bigger snowfalls that could dump anywhere from 2 feet to 4+ feet of snow. As the neighborhood almost 300 families with lots of children who took advantage of the snow days to go sledding down the various streets that had the better hills. We lived at the top of one of the best ones and generally you could have 20-40 kids on every type of sled or saucer compacting the snow and turning it into ice long before the snow plows would get to our neighborhood. No one could drive up or down the streets once we started sledding and it was the same at each hill. Neighbors knew to just park at the top of the hill or on an adjacent street that didn’t have a hill. Great memories and so much fun. We also had a rather large lake that would freeze up to a good 8-10 inches thick which was cleared for ice skating and hockey. People pulled out orange traffic type cones to separate the 2 areas and parents had to check the thickness of the ice before anyone could get on it. I recently noticed that when people are filming with a GoPro on a stick that you can’t see the stick. Do you photoshop it out or something??

Looks like you and your kids were having a great time skiing, your kids are really good. I saw that you let your kids stay home from school to do the skiing trip. I thought that was great that this was dad being able to spend extra time with your two kids. My mom used to do this with me. She would let me stay home and we would do something special. Sometimes it would just be staying home and spending extra time with each other. I just loved when we did that. Thanks for letting me spend a part of the day with you.
