Why is it that scary or disturbing stories are so calming? It’s my nightly ritual. I turn the white noise machine on, along with the fan and set the thermostat to 67° then turn on these videos and drift off to sleep while perfectly visualizing the story. It’s amazing!

Listening to these narrations cured my life long insomnia, instantly. More powerful than anything the dr gave me. I've never stayed awake through even half of a Be.Busta video. I have to turn this one off jow because I don't have time for a nap and B has summoned one that's about to take me.

I live on a bushy peaceful property. My whole family lives in the city 4 hours away. I was raking some leaves and heard my mum’s voice calling me once or twice…just like she did when I was a child playing outside and she’d call me inside with that exact same tone and loudness. I got a chill and looked around but I was all alone! I went in and phoned my mum (land line days)and told her and we couldn’t explain it. We ended up resolving it must have been an eagle 🦅 or cawing bird! But I really can’t explain it! 🌬️”Kathee…Katheeee!” 👀😳

So, about the story at 46:17 - I think there are other mundane explanations here. That lady could’ve been looking around the neighborhood for something like rental properties, garage sales, a new dog park, etc. The poster also describes the lady’s voice being lowered, so they could’ve misheard her too. There’s just not enough information there to make a call either way lol, could’ve been anything.

For the person who saw that weirdly decaying guy in a flannel shirt, I read a very similar story in a true paranormal stories app once, years ago. It was Joe Kwon's Ghost stories. In it, a woman had gone for a nap at home when she woke because someone was tapping her arm. From beside the bed rose a man that was almost exactly as OP described, his flesh rotten, decaying off him, no mouth to speak of or eyes. The figure waved and then disappeared under the bed again. The woman clearly freaked out, as would anyone when confronted with whatever that was, but upon doing research on the property, found out that about 20 years or so earlier, a local mine disaster had happened in her area in which several miners had died as a result of either the explosion or resulting cave-in, and her house was built nearby, she believes it was one of the workers that was killed in the incident. I wish I could remember what the town was, or where in the world this happened, but the person who submitted the story never said. It might just be something like this, I hope OP's sister is doing better, that sounds absolutely terrifying.

B. Busta, your channel is one of my favorites ❤ speaking of never forgetting the smell of death, I had a bird and a dog as a kid. My bird died, so I wrapped him in a plastic bag and buried him. A few weeks later, my dog dug him up and brought him to me! Not only was I traumatized by losing him, but then my dog bringing him to me was awful!

Totally honest: I don't like when you do female first person stories. Your voice is very masculine, and your vocal mannerisms and pace/tone do not work believably for female characters. It's only made worse when I'm not sure for the first minute and a half whether the character is female or not. And you do a TON of female characters on top of everything else
