Darlie one, I've seen/heard both so I'm on the fence. It was even on forensic files. & every since I've called the police a few times whether or on an abuse. 1time this drunk nearly crashed into my house & as I'm calling the police I am giving obscure landmarks "theres a gas station & it's near where it forks in the road" IWAS AT HOME like I could have just said my address. found out only later that my shock or shock to drama is opposite of what's deemed normal. A COP LITERALLY WROTE IN A POLICE REPORT HE THOUGHT I WAS LYING ABOUT BEING CHOKED BY MY HUSBAND well his comment went well with the judge. That kinda traumatized me & kinda still does. Apparently at some point talking to the cop I smiled & it was taken as false. The domestic abuse therapist & lawyer both said that there's been reports of people actually found laughing in really terrible situations. It's a real thing. Peoples body reacts differently. There's is no "normal" way to react. Told my friend & she said yeah, one time she was talking to me or vice versa & she just wanted to slap the shit out of me bc it was something bad & I had a smile/smirk on my face. Then as time passed I was like.. dang. Even younger I would tell terrible stories in such a laughing manner. Then I attended my 1st funeral & kinda laughed. I put my head down & started acting like I was crying at a funeral!!! Long story connecting to darlie after the murder she had suspicious actions that was used against her in court like her on the news having a birthday honor releasing balloons & she's smiling. People react differently. Every since finding more out about my own body & psychology & I cried when I got an A in my business law class that I work hard for & was worried I was happy & CRYING I kinda take the they were acting oddly w a grain of sand if it was after the murder. I catch it more & more. I'll believe a shoe print & t shirt, dna was left at the scene & was traced to this person bc of dna, video, satellite tracking over someone picking out someone else in a line up, or how someone reacted.

The justice system is a mess to be honest. There are people who straight up say they'll kill again yet get possibility of parole. Then others who didn't actually kill anyone, but were involved in some way, and they get life without parole.
