22:15 *PLEASE* listen to him, kids. Don't start smoking. It starts with one and it's one of the most addictive and hardest habits to kick. I've been stuck in this loop for nearly 15 years now. At first I just couldn't run as far or as fast as I used to. Later I couldn't swim anymore because I could only hold my breath under water for about 5 seconds before I have to gasp for more air. Now I'm at the point where I find myself getting into coughing fits randomly. At this point I'm just waiting for the day where I start seeing droplets of blood when I cough. Please don't smoke. Don't make my mistake.
