As a 62 year-old overweight guy who's recently got back into mountain biking (all be it with an e-bike )after 20 year break, I would like to say thanks for the motivation , information and entertaining videos you've been making both on this channel and Syd fixes bikes . Tomorrow I'm entered into a 65km e-bike race and a part of that is down to you guys ! Keep up the good work and I'll try to be awesome 😉

that Wheeler climb, followed by the Miners Creek climb is absolutely soul-crushing. and thats on a geared bike in good conditions. its just hiking for what feels like forever, up the steepest trail imaginable. but if you can make it up to the top, that descent down Miners Creek down into Frisco might be the best descent in the state (at least on an enduro bike. on a single speed, it seems significantly less fun). this whole series is a good watch and your performance dominating on a SS is impressive as hell.

@@sydandmacky Cheers, I was wondering how the heck would the battery last. How do you choose when to switch on the camera? Based on memory of the course/randomly?

Generally if the scenery is really good (and I notice, which I usually don't), or something interesting is happening (passing someone) or a descent.
