I don't really understand it, though the main thing I can think of is maybe he got tired of being reminded of his Hotline Miami work, or possibly didn't like how people were taking his newer work.

that was beautiful and it even worked!, so since HM2 takes place in 1991, then i guess Black, Grunge, Alt or Groove would be the kind of "metal", since after the 80s, which HM1 took place in 1989, Thrash, Death and First Wave, Hair and Power metal died out, though the power metal was able to survive the impact of the 90s
