In which situation emergency or non emergency? Emergency situations usually involve someone in a life theating situation. It is hard to imagine a patient that is going to die, choose though a menu of each individual medical provider's credentials. Not accounting for if the medical provider is available for the period of time you happen to be in danger. And what happens if the patient is unconscious with no immediate family members around, do we wait for them and have them go through the list or just employing the use of certified medical practitioners more practical. Unless you have reasons to doubt their certifications..... In non emergency situations. Well you can choose your General Practitioners around your area, why not just go with your preferred transportion at that point instead of calling a non emergency ambulance which would suggest bringing you to a hospital under legality reasons.
