As a survivor of molestation by a close friend for several years, this was helpful for letting me get in touch with my feelings whenever I have homicidal thoughts towards him. It makes me feel less ashamed for being angry at him. In psych hospitals, I’ve been told I should forgive him for what he did and that I shouldn’t be having violent thoughts towards him.
