I've played basketball, baseball, football, track etc. but damn wrestling is a different animal. Our coaches would put a bag of ice on the thermostat. 2 hour practice, no breaks, not an ounce of water and we were all starving. If you took it easy on drills or live wrestling the coaches would catch you and it was back to conditioning. After that your partner would bust your nose open for it. To this day the smell of those mats give me anxiety attacks.
