~ imagine ~ You and your long time friend taehyung are in a hill where you can see the city, he asked you out here because he said there’s something he needs to tell you before you get married he handed his phone with earphones and so you both listened to the music. This started playing you were enjoying the music, you are taking in the lyrics and thought these scenes seems familiar? So the second verse came in and it hit you, he’s been having these feelings for you for a very long time and you haven’t even noticed... you cried as the second chorus came in “why are you crying?” He asked, you looked at him and he’s giving you that box shaped smile however tears are rolling in his cheeks you couldn’t help but feel sorry for him he’s the best out of every friends you’ve got and you would do anything just to protect this man right here but knowing you’ve been hurting him for years made you feel miserable inside “Taehyung.. why..” you said while gasping for air “I’m sorry I couldn’t help it you’re just perfect the way you are how could anyone not fall for you?” He said while crying, he’s trying to smile for you but you damn well know that this is crushing him inside. As the last “I still wonder wonder beautiful story Still wonder wonder best part I still wander wander next story I want to make you mine” you couldn’t help just think about your mistake of not realising it sooner, you even cursed yourself. And there goes the last line “If you leave footprints I'll keep it warm I'll stay in black and white” you looked at him feeling mixed emotions for him and for you then he still gave you that smile, oh that smile that always gave you the courage, that smile that always cheers you up when you’re sad; it’s different, seeing that smile is different as it was hurting you “you know, i made this just to tell you that i have been loving you... like literally from the start..” taehyung explained “but i know you’re happy and contented with him..” “No taehyung I-“ “No, i said it you can go.. these memories.. they will not go.. as for this feelings but you know that already.. that i will always love you... right?” He said then reached my hand, I couldn’t help but cry again “I’m really sorry... taehyung.. i love you so much i didnt want to hurt you...” “Ofc you didn’t, silly who would’ve wanted to hurt their best friend?” We laughed “I just think this is very late to tell all of this to you since you’re getting married but hey!
