Jason, you are the THE benchmark!! But please: video stabilization (for occasional handheld video). Your scenery and structures are so spectacular that stabilization would lend that much more realism to your footage.

So much I've learned from you. Years ago, wife says 2014 (?), traveling through Greeley and seeing the Museum. I didn't even know of you (found out about you maybe a month later). But I was collecting scenery from your area, then Montana, Oregon and of course California desert. Some of my modules, like the Rolling Hills, has material from everywhere I've traveled. When I first started getting into modeling and Model Railroading. Someone told me "Nothing imitates Nature like Nature itself".

Nice update Jason. Scenery is just fun! I enjoyed you running my favorite diesels (GP20) at the beginning of the video. It was nice to see your self inspiration and motivation move you to another section of the layout. If you're like me, that comes in spurts. I agree with your statement about making certain scenic elements "scale", which is another element of detail.

Have you tried using Titebond Quick & Thick Multi-Surface Glue as a replacement for the tubes of Liquid Nails? I use it to glue down trackage and when gluing plastic to wood or even metal. Works well when putting wooden structure kits together.

Good Evening Jason! Tonight I'm sad to learn the passing of a friend and modeller who used to have a KZbin channel and like You inspired me in this hobby! I don't forget a special question I asked Him a long time ago! I want to ask You that very question! It begins like this:. "What would be Your response to family members, friends, etc. When some of them don't agree that an adult individual is inclined to a hobby, they think is intended just for children? And He gave me a great answer and double down encouraging me even further not to abandon the hobby and not pay attention to their point of view! As an Honor to Roy Smith, whom maybe You have heard of, what would be Your advice to me! Regards, RR.-
