The pumpkin soup sound tasty. I am enjoying your creatin with a cup of hot tea. The atmosphere in your video is magical. Thank you for sharing! One of the times I was in Finland, I walked from Helsinki city center to the Olympic Stadium which I think is in this general area. I should have explored this area more as its very beautiful, like all of Finland.

I've never had pumpkin soup before, it's not something you see offered here in Texas. I've never spotted it on a menu at any restaurant I've been to. There's pumpkin pie during the holidays and of course the infamous pumpkin spice lattes that everyone is addicted to, even that is only offered for 2-3 months during the holidays as well. Now I'll have to find a recipe and make it just for kicks. I wonder if my brain will be confused, expecting to be eating pie, as soon as I start tasting the flavors lol

Good evening Sharra, i didn't know pumpkin soup wasn't popular in Texas, it's the perfect soup for colder days. I always mix in a lot of vegetables, such as carrots, leek, tomato, garlic, onion, celery and a chicken-flavored soup bouillon cube. You can also add parsley for that extra flavor. Let me know how that went 😊 *edit: i use the Butternut pumpkin species.

@@ScenesBySevy That's probably why - it never gets cold here. Lol. Last year it was hot all year round, then we had one week of ice storms, then it went back to being hot. It was still up to 90f even a few days ago. Thank you for the recipe tips!!! :)
