SCENIC DRIVE around JUNEAU, ALASKA - 4K (Ultra HD) Driving Tour

Thank you for following along on our journey up the west coast of the United States to Alaska. Our first destination on our epic road trip across the state of Alaska is Juneau.
Driving around Juneau, Alaska, offers breathtaking views of stunning landscapes and pristine wilderness. As you navigate through the scenic roads, you'll encounter majestic glaciers, lush forests, and sparkling fjords. Keep an eye out for the local wildlife, including eagles, whales, and bears, adding a touch of excitement to your journey. Don't forget to visit popular attractions like Mendenhall Glacier, Tracy Arm Fjord, and Mount Roberts Tramway for an unforgettable experience of Alaska's natural beauty. Just be prepared for the ever-changing weather and potentially challenging road conditions, as Juneau's charm lies in its untamed wilderness.
Today, our drive includes a ferry ride on the Alaska Marine Highway from Skagway to Juneau, Alaska. You will see some spectacular views with snow covered mountains. From the ferry, we arrive at the Auke Bay Ferry Terminal, where we start our drive. As we head to downtown Juneau, we will pass by the Mendenhall Wetlands State Game Refuge, the DIPAC Macaulay Salmon Hatchery, the Alaska Steamship Dock or cruise terminal, the Goldbelt Tram, the Princess cruise dock. We then head into the downtown Juneau shopping area and see the sights and people, followed by a quick tour of Douglas Island, the Yanyeidí Kootéeyaa (Wolf Totem Pole) and finally we finish with the spectacular sights of the Mendenhall Glacier.

Fall is a perfect time to visit if you love wildlife, that is when the animals are out, bald eagle preserve, bears and sea lions eating salmon. Less people means more wildlife as they are out and active. Not to mention the spectacular views of the mountains. Thank you Amir for watching and your continued support. We greatly appreciate it.
