The availability of the communication module (LTE) is temporarily limited for certain vehicles due to supply bottlenecks. Nobody knows when I'll be able to get the car :( That's quite disappointing, but hey, I got a fully specced GLS in the meanwhile, but I am longing for my EQE, that's for sure.

The EQC has been out for a while. I test-drove that one before ordering the EQE. Can't go wrong with either one of them. Comes down to taste and preference, really. The EQC is slightly quicker and a little sportier, while the EQE is something I personally prefer, not being a SUV.

Unfortunately my EQE broke within a few days of ownership and now I have to drive a loaner for two months while the parts come from Germany to the USA.....not very happy with the quality at this point...rear wheel steering motor went out after random coolant messages. Hopefully after I get it back at the end of July I won't have to many issues. Glad I just leased this so I'm not stuck with it....probably gong back to a gas version again. This is just not ready for primetime.

I thought so, too. But the EQE is on another level. Had several W/S213 and C238 and now the EQE and except for too much plastic on the doors it‘s on another level. Design is weird, but just drive it and look at it for a while and you will like it.
