Great recollection of 2024. Some wonderful fragrances. I love Voluptuous Oud. On my skin it smells skanky ! Goes to show how our noses depicts scents differently. I respect the fact you relay to your subscribers & viewers that you get free stuff. At the same time why shouldn't you ? You have spent enough money to buy a big house. Also the blood ,sweat and tears that goes into consistent content. You deserve to get stuff sent to you for free. You've earned your stripes ! Great to see your channel doing so well. I discovered your channel in the summer. It has been an essential viewing ever since. Keep up the good work. I will be watching bro 🙏🏿

Thanks for this video and for all of your content throughout the year. I do have mixed feelings about how many of your favourites making it to this list were gifted by the companies, but i think this speaks more about the state of the KZbin fragrance environment in general than it does about you personally. A few rotten apples spoiling the barrel as it were. Good luck with the coming year, with all of your ventures.
@ScentedMoments15 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for your support and thoughtful comment. I completely understand your mixed feelings-it's something I reflect on a lot. I always aim to maintain transparency and ensure my reviews are honest and unbiased, regardless of how I acquired a fragrance. It means a lot to me that you see the bigger picture, and I truly appreciate your good wishes for the year ahead. Here's to more exciting discoveries in 2025!

Xerjoff be releasing fragrance like Mancera . I’m stuck with one bottle from that brand , Naxos . I’m struggling to find something else exciting from that house
@Principemostprincipe16 күн бұрын
They are releasing too many things lately, but Kemi Blue line and Xerjoff blends line are fantastic, i would dare to say, more than fantastic.
@ScentedMoments15 күн бұрын
Xerjoff definitely has been releasing a lot of new fragrances, and I can see how that might feel overwhelming, and kind of cheapens the brand. Naxos is a fantastic fragrance to have, though! If you're looking for something else from the house, you might enjoy the Oud Stars collection or even something from their Kemi line.

@ScentedMoments16 күн бұрын
TF Black Lacquer is such a stunning fragrance! I completely understand-it’s a bit of a splurge, but worth every drop if you can find it for a more decent price on FB groups or in Parfumo's Souk section 😉 Hope you find a way to add it to your collection someday!

Tom Ford Lackluster is number one?
@ScentedMoments15 күн бұрын
Haha, it seems like Tom Ford is stirring up quite the debate! For me, it was my favorite release of the year because it sparked such a strong reaction-I honestly wasn’t expecting much from Tom Ford. This fragrance brought back memories of the brand’s golden days, and I instantly felt the need to own a full bottle (despite being incredibly overpriced, which has unfortunately become the norm for many fragrances these days).

Tom Ford just cost way too much

Absolutely agree! But that's the reality for the majority of the fragrance brands. Try to find deals on FB groups and Parfumo's souk section.

Funny how good fragrances from francesca bianchi are, when i am finding voloptous oud to be her most uncreative release so far, yet it still smells awesome. Xerjoff is just releasing too much, and it even cannot be followed by customer. I am a fussy customer, but i did not find too many exciting releases by xerjoff in the last couple of years.
@ScentedMoments15 күн бұрын
I get what you mean-Francesca Bianchi's fragrances are consistently impressive, even when they feel less daring. Voluptuous Oud may not be her most groundbreaking, but it still has that addictive quality she’s known for. As for Xerjoff, I completely understand where you’re coming from. They’ve been releasing at lightning speed, and keeping up feels like chasing a comet. And that cheapens the brand, imo. That's also why I did not include Quattro Pizzi and Alexandria II Anniversary on my Top 10, as much I love them, but it was more of an overview of all of their releases, which were by the most part very mid. I love Xerjoff, so I have big expectations with their new releases. Hopefully they will release something more interesting this year.

Black lacquer is an emberrassment of a release from Tom Ford. It literally smells like a clone of Black EDT by Comme des Garcons...at like 4x the price for half the amount of juice.

Interesting perspective-thank you for sharing! I haven’t spent much time with Comme des Garçons Black EDT, but I do love Black Lacquer for its depth and richness. I’ll definitely revisit Black EDT to explore the comparison further.

@ScentedMoments15 күн бұрын
Yes, I’ve been transparent about receiving free bottles because honesty is non-negotiable for me. If that bothers you, you’re free to skip the video or even unsubscribe-no hard feelings.
