Scentsy Air Purifier Review | Let's Change This Filter!

As you know, I have had the Scentsy Air Purifiers since they were released.
I want to share with you my thoughts since it has now been a few months.
Also, I would like to change my filter with you and show you how to reset that filter change light on the front of the purifier!

The dirty filter light remaining on after changing the filter is such an annoying design flaw. So glad you explained how to turn it off.

Not only is it good for cleaning the air….I work nights and use mine in high mode for the white noise that drowns out all the day peoples 😀

Just changed my filter this morning. Always think of you when I turn the light off, as your videos in the past is where I learned how to do that, so you are repeatedly thought of, and thanked! :) Just wish the filters were available through Amazon, so I'd get free shipping with my Prime, or were a little cheaper through Scentsy. I keep mine on default,, light off, all the time, but it rarely goes red - except when I used Scentsy Fresh, oddly enough. LOL

It's weird. My air purifier is nowhere near my kitchen but anytime I fry bacon it always comes on. It's crazy!

Thank you Lisa. I wanted to make sure I had it right. I DID 😊 I DO want to get 2 more. Bedroom and living room. We have a small apartment. We were in my son’s house but he sold it 😢 I loved it! Now we are in a small apartment. Hate it 😢

How do you get the auto mode. Soon as i turn it on its on high red. I turn it on and boom red straight away. 8 hours later still red. Wont go white. Have i not got it on auto then? Or my airs just dirty. Lol.

How long have you had your Air Purifier? Have you tried it in different locations in your home? Some things to think about is if the air purifier is near a window or diffuser, it could be picking up particles in the air and that’s why it does not turn white and run on low mode. If that does not apply and you have had your purifier on for a full day and it stays lit red and on high fan mode, I would suggest cleaning the sensor. You can do that be removing the filter and take a keyboard duster and spray the air on the fan inside the machine. Put the filter back in place and try again. If this does not fix the issue, reach out to the consultant that you purchased it from and we can work on getting it replaced for you.

@LisaRowberry got it in Nov/Dec 2022. Tried in different rooms and with windows shut. Turned off scentsy plug in too. Still red all day. Took it all apart to dust inside and still on red. What setting is auto please? Soon as you turn it on is this auto or high? Can't remember. Thank you for your help.

Have you been able to find a non scentsy brand filter that fits because I just can't find one

I haven't and honestly I stopped looking since they are in stock now. I was only looking in the very beginning because Scentsy did not have them available yet. But what I have found when I was looking, is that all the filters I was finding are too large.

Do you typically have the same pods in as the wax you are melting?

I don't use pods in my Scentsy purifier. Seems to defeat the purpose.

If you place your purifier by a warmer it won’t turn red but if you place it by a lit candle it will turn red….
