Scentsy Club Edit (Quarterly Hack/Holding Club)

Now that we know what is coming back, it was time to edit my Hack/Holding Club.

I don’t know if this helps, I’m definitely no expert, just a geek who watches lots and lots of different videos on scented things. But, my understanding of a hack club is that it never ships, you never ever let it ship. You take out once returning, so the club is very small, then you take it and merge it with a monthly, or by monthly club, because you need your quarterly club slots, totally empty, in order to create a heck club for the next Catalog. So, in this case, that would mean that you delete everything from your quarterly club that returns for fall and winter of 2023, you take the few since they’re still in that club, and move them to a different frequency, then, you have no quarterly club, so when you create a new one, you will have the option to have it not ship right away, bumping it out of much, then, you skip it, while all the products in it are still available, which gives you essentially an extra skip, and so, the hat club should never ever ship. I hope that helps, and I might be misunderstanding how to do this,

Oh bummer! So if I merge them for this shipment are they permanently merged or can they be separated back to bimonthly and quarterly. I don’t want to have to pay shipping twice.

If they're separate frequencies you're charged separate shipping & they're shipped in separate boxes. Once you merge frequencies you can't unmerge them. You can change the frequency of the merged Club but not separate them back to how they are now.

@@heathercook736 well that stinks. I had misunderstood from watching other videos about club and “merging” them. I need someone to do an in-depth Club review video lol. @Natalie_Coy I'm not sure if you watch Lisa Rowberry, but she does a Q♤A series where you can ask questions via email or KZbin comment & she answers them in her next Q&A. She has done Club videos, but I can't recall if she talked about this part of it. I would guess if you suggested it as an option for a separate video or just part of her Q&A series that she would or if you just wanted to reach out & ask her privately. I've been watching her channel for years. She's the 1st Scentsy KZbin video I watched & I've always found her to be helpful & informative. I'm sure this question would help others as well. 😀

OK, finished your video, feel free to tell me to shut up and stop putting it at any point, but if it’s helpful, let my OCD work for you, from what I can tell, you still have 10 bars in there they’re all coming back, between the frosted vanilla, cashmere in corduroy, silver bells, winter, berry, apple tea. So that’s about $60, well, let’s see, with a 10% off, $54, so that’s basically one of your clubs right there that you can get rid of, if you merge the two. So, I mean, if you need one bar of cashmere and corduroy right now, just to get you through, you could take those other three out, I just see you agonizing over possibly getting rid of some of the discontinued bars, when there’s 10 returning bars, sitting right there that can easily be cut, without any risk of losing them. I hope this is helpful, and if it’s not, feel free to tell me to be quiet.😊

Ohhhh those are all great ideas!! I’m so glad you commented!! I definitely should merge the clubs! I didn’t realize I could merge a quarterly club into a bi-monthly club. THANK YOU for sharing all this!! I wish someone that is more knowledgeable about club’s could do a deep dive into all the ins and outs of the clubs.
