I definitely agree that they should start putting the wattage for element warmers. I mean, they do it for lightbulb warmers because it makes a huge difference in how hot the thing gets...same thing with the element warmers. I like the Friends warmer (looks and wattage) but it's too pricey for me, considering that I've already got warmers that I like and that do well for me. I hope it makes it to the clearance section or shows up in a flash sale- I know that's really really unlikely, but that's when I would potentially buy it-. Glad the bar sounds good! I put one in my club to try :)

That makes perfect sense to me. I thought about waiting to see if it showed up later just as you said, but then decided to jump in and just cut out some other things (like skipping a couple of vendor RTS that I was planning to join).

Hi Edda! I agree with you about Scentsy needing to give us wattage on element warmers. I normally won't by one until I see someone's video and they disclose wattage. I'm glad you said something to them!

I can’t understand why they disclose on all the other warmers but not the element. I think it hurts sales more than helping them. I believe the here are so many who just won’t pick it up until they find out the wattage, so they might as well disclose up front.

I just got the FRIENDS bar. I smell no coffee. I smell coconut cream and it’s a little perfumey…I don’t think that is a word lol. I just put it in my warmers downstairs so we will see. It comes off body care to me. I got the warmer for my daughter in law. It’s super cute.

Oh wow 😮 body care 😮 I didn’t get that on my initial test, but I definitely want to give it some more testing. I also got quite a bit of coconut too - more than I wanted. At least the warmer is really cute 😊

I did test it in the half bath to pretty much make sure I could smell it. Don’t get your hopes up too much. It lasted about 36 hours in the half bath - which was good. But, the coffee scent could have been better. Hopefully soon I can test it in the kitchen, but my initial thought was that I might need to mix for scent appeal. I got the impression it will throw ok, but I mostly got a strong coconut cream scent - like a rich coffee mixed with a lot of canned coconut milk.

Your thumbnail is fantastic! I completely agree the wattage for element warmers should be printed on brochures & catalogs & listed on the site. It is odd since they do it for all bulb warmers. It feels like they don't because some might not purchase them when they're lower wattage. I hope not & they start adding it soon. It is important & should be disclosed. I was so happy that a new coffee scent was coming out & I hope you enjoy it & it performs well for you! I also need to cut my Club significantly. I have bars that are not loves, just likes or that I'm hoping will get better over time & I'm trying to cut those before my Club ships this month especially because I already have plenty of wax so I don't know why I keep mediocre performers. I was going to close out a party on Sept 1st & get Harvest & new catalog items but I might use the rewards & pick up wax bundles & not add bars to my Club that aren't loves & take a chance even though you don't get the discount with rewards, I think I'm still getting a good deal. I hope your sniffer returns 100% soon!

Edda, thank you so much for providing the information regarding how many watts the warmer is. Personally, that is exactly why I did not purchase the warmer, along with the price tag. Those two things held me back. I might get it eventually, if it is still available when my budget allows. If so, great...if not, then it's not something I needed. At least that's my logic, crazy though it may sound. Lol Great video as always. Thank you for sharing your haul with us!

Totally not crazy - we all have to look at our individual budgets and come to the best decision for each of us. I didn’t really want to spend that particular amount but in the end decided to make some cuts in other areas to make it work.
