The Palm Springs homes are absolutely solid investments that will sell as soon as the word is out! My husbands Aunt used to call that area retirement Springs back in the day...she sold t-shirts in their little retirement home there after her husband died. She is 96 now...quit when she was 91. I saw her plowing around in the sand trying to sell these shirts...then we visited her and wow the bling shirts barely made it to the racks and they were sold out. She didn't have to plow around in the sand LOL

It was really hard to watch … Season 11. I never watched the show before, “Scandoval”-I, like many others, read or heard about this huge deal going on at Bravo, and wanted to know what it was. I was a fan of Lala, before watching her on the show. I heard her on, Jeff Lewis, which led me to her Podcast, and then, I became a fan. After watching Season 11, and then, listening to not only her overwhelming hatred for most of her cast, but the disrespect she, her brother, Easton, and her ex-assistant, Jessica, spewed out on the listeners of her Podcast, I chose to no longer listen. I wasn’t going to waste my time, supporting her Podcast or watching or reading anything about her, if her fans were going to be called, rabid b**ches. I’m very happy for her with her new baby, and wish her much success, but I won’t be listening or supporting her.

I'm not excited, I started watching VPR mid 20s with my second child just born. They were relatable as similar age but completely different life. One that I had that was very short lived in my early adult live minus the I wanna be famous and Hollywood/LA aspect. I watched them grow and mature and they especially the ones who became parents became not only more relatable but aspirational. I would half like to see a half season of old crew where things kind of got wrapped up and gave a insite into what's next for everyone and see them all go into sur for a meal or C U Next Tuesday of James still does it then the cameras pick up with the staff and then from there is the new show. Feel like us viewers kind of got ripped off. I do agree they have outgrown the show and it wouldn't have done well for much longer but They made the final of last season very final but we were not ready for it!!!!! I'm probably also not going to be interested in the new cast because I'm now mid-late 30s divorced and a mother of 4 kids. Early mid 20s partying isn't relatable to me 😂 but I guess they'll pick up a bunch of new viewers with the new cast

Giving Lala and Scheana the blame for the reboot is so laughable….. This show was going down after the 2020 firings. They tried to blend new with the old and it did NOT land. They fired 3 OG’s on principle and pressure just to hire them back eventually, which tells you all you need to know about Bravo. Season 9 sucked, Season 10 was good because of Scandoval and S 11 was squeezing the last bit of juice out of a lemon because of an affair. These 2 may have been hated but they did not get VPR cancelled 🤣🤣🤣

Once Arianna had wonderful things happen to her, they showed their true colours. They then re-stabbed Arianna by being friends with Scumdoval after what he did to her. KARMA, KARMA, KARMA girls and you're freaking out about how to pay your mortgages now. Yes Scheana, your lives are FOREVER documented and I'd be worried about what my child/children could see once they grow up. Good luck with that.
