Now with the TRO LAPD took her report and since it happened after this show either NYPD or an investigator for her lawyer can establish the timeline if Rachel had the black eye before the assault with the makeup artist and hair people. It’s like pinching someone vs stabbing them. Both are physical assault, but they are not treated as the same in a court of law because there are DEGREES or LEVELS of betrayal and deceit!
