I've got the import Nick Johnston HSS and I absolutely love it, BUT sometimes wish it had a humbucker in the neck. This is killer for $1249, but I wish this still had a trem system. No biggie. Killer sounds and killer look!

@@KRSinDUB Neck super smooth and easy to move around on, compared to my two les pauls it really is a much smoother and nice feeling guitar. Even some of my friends have mentioned how great it feels in the hands and how smooth the neck is for playing. I highly recommend, not only does it look great but feels really good too. Pickups are pretty good but you could swap them if you want. I noticed the neck pickup is decently more loud than the bridge which is a little odd but thats about it

im in the market for a charvel Pro mod or one of these Schecter Super shredders with a FR can someone give me any advice? i played a charvel Pro mod at GC and loved it i own a few schecters but never played a Sun valley super shredder.

the pro mods are amazing, but i traded mine in for schecters, including this one. the charvel necks feel slightly wider/have bigger shoulders, IMO. plus the schecters (nick johnston, and this particular model) sound insane clean.

I bought a SVSS FR-S for my daughter on Bfriday. Come to find out it was built badly it was Untunable. The pegs were hitting the body and if you hit the whammy it damaged the body. Returned it, got a second. This one had an Amazing paint. So good Green Reign. But it has Electric internal issues. Poor kid picked out her first new guitar, and hadn't been able to use it yet. Really hoping this isn't a trend for Schecter.

It really really sucks the only hard tail of this line of guitars is a boring brown one , doesn't even make sense all the rest with Floyd roses have amazing finishes, the powder blue is my favorite but I strictly fortis Floyd rose lol they have sea foam green and neon green as well totally 80s in a awesome way but again except the Floyd rose , and the only one they male without it from the sun valley line is rhe boring brown one , they really need to make sun valley hard tails in blue , sea green and pink they will sell like 🥞
