Those flare fittings often leak - some professional installers and most DIY installers of MisterCool and similar clones - everyone wants to crank down on those fittings! "I don't need a torque wrench, I know what I'm doing!" A tech could could make good money fixing the mess ups from those minisplits - it seems to always be the flare fittings, no one follows the directions. BTW: MisterCool says they're from Kentucky, they lie. MisterCool has an office in Kentucky, everything is made in China, probably in the same factories that make the other brands of minisplits.

I wrote-put links to air filters and my comments got erased. Anyways, I recommend putting cheap $6.00 filters on the intakes of the cooling coils. You get a relatively large sheet for the 6 bucks and you cut it with ordinary scissors to the opening size. duststopfilters filters air-conditioner-filter. This would help decrease the need for cleaning and coil cleaner solution.

IF those media filters get changed monthly you’re so right. But this location is 6 months and those things clog up and shut em down. I use the blue filter media locally in places I visit regularly and then when a call comes in and we’re there anyway we change em.

@restaurantrepairsКүн бұрын
