Schefflera or Royal Umbrella
Scientific name Schefflera arboricola
Its common name is schefflera parachute. It was called the umbrella because of its umbrella-like structure and the shape of its large glossy green leaves bluish in yellow, cream and white.
It is a tropical plant native to Australia and New Guinea. It is a shrubby plant that is very branched and evergreen (perennial).
The leaf is composed of several leaves, 7 to 16, distributed in a radial shape, similar to the ribs of an umbrella. The leaves are borne on long petioles.
