@@michaelayres1452 Used to work for Deliveroo's customer support. No script for the most part. You have an "intro" and "outro" to your calls and that's it. All the inbetween is down to you. No script. Granted you have guidelines of what you can and can't do for the customer but there's isn't a script. As a quick edit, this was a couple years back now and they moved their support to the phillipines so while it may have changed, it's unlikely as a lot of the rules set in place for calls were from Deliveroo then.

Sashimi is raw fish but always served thinly sliced and without rice.
