In the early 90s, Schenectady was being dubbed as the worst city in America with a long history of Police racketeering (I think the cops in Schenectady are just bias) I am so thrilled to see my brothers and sisters from the Caribbean transformed this city reducing crimes and drugs. Governor Hulchul should really attend this party showing her appreciation to the community for their contribution, developing this once abandoned city. Thank You for showing this wonderful Event.

Schenectady was also overwhelmed with victims of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the 1980's too. However, they eventually got real and supported those who were infected, and moved beyond the prejudice this epidemic created within this community too.
