I would like to emphasize that the round trip ticket is not needed when you apply for your visa. Only when your visa is approved you book your flight. To pass immigration on arrival you have to show your return ticket.

There they explicitly emphasize that you don't need booked tickets when you apply for your visa, contrary to what some agents make you believe. The reason is obvious. What would you be with tickets when your visa is denied.

Hi Maam, would it matter if I got denied the US Tourist Visa application? Do I need to disclose that in the first place? A little background: It was just a one try, and knowing USA is the strictest country when it comes to Visa application. Possible reason of denial is strong ties (which wasn’t asked during the interview), I wasn’t given the chance to justify that I would be returning to my home country. I am glad that we can state everything through cover letter for schengen visa application.

Sorry but I already assisted a lot of unemployed clients who got their visa approved po. If Job is a requirement- housewife, student or people who have disabilities won’t be able to travel europe then? If they have good strong ties and other supporting documents- there is always a chance to get a visa. No job - automatic denied visa? Nope. Not true 😉

The Greek Embassy in the Philippines represents Portugal in issuing visas to Portugal for the residents of the Philippines. For more check the “Apply for a visa to Greece” section. Only if you have a multiple entry visa, pwede ka mag pabalik balik habang valid yung visa since May validity lang yun... Once expired need to apply for a new visa... But if your given a single entry, once ka lang pwede pumunta NG Europe once umuwi ka pinas at gusto mo bumalik need mo mag apply NG bagong visa

mention nya nalang sa cover letter nya na previous OFW sya and why she is unemployed now.... Since wala sya work, need nya ng convincing strong ties na mapapakita sa embassy para ma convince sila na hindi sya mag overstay sa visa nya or mag hanap work sa europe. Officials want to avoid people overstaying their visa and/or working without authorization. Your wife must provide evidence that she will be returning, and sometimes a return flight is not sufficient. She will have to demonstrate that she have a business registered in her home country, or that she own property, a land, if she have a deed of sale, assets , investment anything that is under her name can be use as strong ties. Also, if you have kids na nag aaral pwede din gamitin na family ties.

@@icedkaffe hello, I was able to get my visa, and I'm here now in their country. Even got it in just three days 😅 just make sure that you have bank certificate from your sponsor, bank statements for the last six months, sponsorship letter or affidavit of support (depending on the country your going, sponsor mo need kumuha and have it notarised and Apostilled from the country asan siya), IDs ng sponsor mo. And I suggest just be honest with your cover letter na issubmit mo sa embassy upon visa application, indicate mo na you'll really just be visiting and no plans of working in the destination country, and sure na babalik ka sa pinas. Need mo rin mág submit ng bank certificate (regardless magkano laman ng acct mo, kasi sa financial capability ng sponsor mo sila magbabase, pero mas maganda syempre kung may ipon ka kahit pano) and need din the 6months bank statements mo. Hope it helps.

Ang sabi naman ng embassy, the amount on your bank acct shouldn't matter if youre applying through sponsorship since mas magffocus sila sa financial capability ng sponsor mo, basta kumpleto and sufficient your docs na ipprovide ni sponsor mo. If parents mo sponsor mo, mas okay yan I believe.

to be honest, pag hindi pa kasi nameet ang partner na balak mo bisitahin medyo risky, but you can try since madami din naman naaprove with that same case... you can use ung mga screenshot ng conversions nyo as proof of relationship... you would need to make sure that all your documents would be good and complete para magkaron ka ng chance na maaprove. pag OFW alam ko hindi kayo nag babayad ng tax... so okay lang na walang Itr.. mention mo nalang sa cover letter mo why wala ka ITR at OFW ka... basta show proof lang work contract.... ung sa proof of rootedness need mo ipakita mga original documents for the land tittle or deed of sale... pero i pa photocopy mo para yun kunin nila, pero need nila makita muna yung originals

Yes. You can travel to 26 schengen countries because they consider themselves as one country. But sometimes there is border control to see your documents.
