SCHEZWAN SAUCE No Onion No Garlic | How to make Schezwan sauce at home Recipe Ingredient List:
Spicy Red chillies : 10 -12 (Remove seeds)
Less Spicy Kashmiri red chillies : 12 - 15
Water - 2 cups
Oil - 1/3 cup
Finely chopped ginger - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Celery - 1/4 cup
Reserved water - 3 or 4 tbsp (Do not add extra water)
Tomato Ketchup - 1/4 cup

Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
Dark Soya sauce - 1/2 Tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 & 1/2 tsp
