Schindler 400A Traction Elevators at Camden on the Lake in Lake Ozark, MO

(February 2024) These are some elevators I've wanted to see for a while and finally made it out to see them. These are some Schindler 400A traction elevators at Camden on the Lake in Lake Ozark, MO. These were installed in 2008 and feature the large style HT panel. I don't see a lot of elevators with this style of panel, so this was something actually interesting.

Now Schindler TXpress uses the passing chimes only for mods, because 400a were discontinued on 2014. 330a passing chime still in production for new installs (Schindler 330a) and mods (Schindler HXpress)

I love these fixtures even though they are not hydraulic. But good news is that it’s the older ones because I don’t like how things are being made today
