They have 3 MEI elevators in IKEA in Tempe, Arizona. I have been to Frisco, Texas' IKEA store, but I didn't really ride their elevators due to me have a nerve of elevators. Not anymore as I have ridden the IKEA Arizona Elevators a couple more times in recent memory. Someday I will revisit Texas and flim it.

I've always noticed with hydraulic elevators there is a delay between pressing the floor button and it moving. Is that because it takes time for the oil pressure to build up,before moving?

The hydraulic pump has to spin up and reach full speed before the elevator can move
