MEI Hydraulic Equipment and MCE Controllers = An excellent combination.

MEI always uses MCE. Atleast all their installs I’ve seen

Also these are ITI Hydraulik hydraulics. Not MEI. They did install these tho.

nice video, unfortunately there is far too much camera movement. If the movements were much slower, the video would be much better and easier to watch.

Very nice sounding pumps/motors!

These Are Very Epic Motor And Start Up

They also have European hydraulic elevator pump motors which is very rare. ELMO only makes hydraulic elevator pump motors for European elevators only but now I can install one. That's because at some point I will be recreating these and I will have a custom installation for building in Roblox and it's going to be for a MEI submersible dual-pump hydraulic elevator. Also, I found a company called Bucher Hydraulics, and they have European hydraulic power units for elevators. But they are all residential grade! You could install a three inch or 2 inch pipe hydraulic power unit for a passenger elevator. But they just have a bunch of tiny hydraulic power units for residential use

Can you send me your roblox profile I'm really interested in seeing the game. I also know of machine room videos of the Westin Peachtree plaza, and Marriott Marquis Atlanta

@@QEElevators Sure, ITI Hydraulik USA also makes residential power units. And I'm only going to be making some residential elevators so I'll let you know when it's done and you'll be able to check them out and the machine room. I know you've been over to people's houses on video filming their presidential hydraulic elevator and machine room with the homeowner's permission. I really like that power unit.

This looks like an ITI Hydraulik pump. And I saw the logo.

Yep. Custom too because they normally do dry for above 100hp but this is 130HP with two motors in the oil tank.

@@QEElevators I'd like to see you ride up and down this elevator if you can please. Thank you.

How much oil does an elevator like this contain? Is there a storage tank or is it all contained with in the pump and hoses ?
@QEElevators Жыл бұрын
At 5:20 you fan the the pumps and the motors are submerged in the oil. I'm not sure but for one like his it's likely 100-150 gallons

Those are massive power units dual pumps, 460VAC each motor is 560 HP? Got some big flex conduit 1 1/4 inch or larger between the hydro tank and controller and down from the ceiling. The 55 gallon drum is likely a solvent. The flashlight was a nice Christmas gift from your dad. Years ago I gave my dad a gold mini Mag light as a Christmas gift.
@QEElevators2 жыл бұрын
No combined it around 120 each motor is around 60 hp.
@TheTheo582 жыл бұрын
@@QEElevators Ah, thanks for clarifying. A 560 HP motor would have taken up half the tank space, at least and need a much bigger electrical system.

@@TheTheo58 You know the 12 floor hydro? well they dont maintain it bc it has been low on oil for 3 months and getting worse. Probably had to leak alot for it to get low with 2 12 inch diamiter holeless cylenders. Yeah i hope this thing dosent have another complete power unit failure. i think the original failure was from being low on oil constantly.
@TheTheo582 жыл бұрын
@@QEElevators I remember you posted a 12 floor hydraulic video in the last 3 months or so. Maybe around the time, I had mentioned the telescopic hydraulic elevator near the medical center? This elevator has been getting lower on oil for 3 months? Low to begin with and still leakage? Got a leak somewhere. Probably is in the lines or cylinders. Yes, they better repair it some pumps will burn out if they are dependent for oil to prime and can't run dry.

@@TheTheo58 These are dry powered with 2 or more motors and pumps.

That's not a typo, that's actually what the label is supposed to say. I don't know why ITI did that.
