People refers it as "Smart MRL 002" but i think "Smart 002" makes more sense. Smart 002 is the Touch-sensitive version, as there´s an Button version called "Smart 001" according to Maalit72. and they´re early 00´s, rather than late 90´s. and an early version of 3300-series.

Nice elevator. The motor is bit loud.

is "Smart 002" the official name of these rather unusual 1990's MRL design which Schindler made?

Nope. det här är orginell från när huset var byggt, men har nog en stor kontrollskåp

It looks like there are a billion different call buttons for this model. I have seen several other videos of this model in France, Italy, Denmark, UK, and they almost always had different call buttons. I have seen the Atlas Schindler version of it personally in a mall, and it has it's own call button too (btw... It doesn't recognize the press of the button easily...)

Yeah, I know. The buttons here fits the door frame, taht is derived from the Swedish Deve-Schindler door design from the 90's.

ADDEs Transporting Adventures! The Atlas Schindler versions I rode were both in some small malls. One had a call button on the door frame, it was black, had some square white buttons and some very small arrows that acted as the lanterns. The other one was completely destroyed, probably one of the worst elevators I've ever rode, and the call button was nothing more than some exposed contacts and LEDs (the other one was fully preserved, thank God!) Btw, in the Atlas Schindler version you only have fan, alarm and door open buttons.

Those elevators were simply Atlas Schindler MRLs, as they had the very characteristic AS motor (sounds a bit like this one) and the controller box on the side of the door on the top floor with the "Elevadores Atlas-Schindler" emblem on it. I think that at the time you could choose this fixture as an option, but I don't think this would be a great choice for a mall... I know that the preserved one is from 2000, judging by the fact that the mall has old Atlas (not Atlas Schindler) escalators, and that those escalators were sold by Atlas Schindler after they merged in Brazil in 1999 until Schindler introduced the 9300 in the country around 2001 and also because the mall was built in 1999. I might get some pics from it next time I'm in that city.

Fyi the landing call panels for Smart MRL 001 and 002 (and also 002 Design Edition) are different from each others. Based on several different old brochures of Smart MRL I found on Wayback Machine, the landing panel for 001 is a tall lozenge shaped with touch sensitive button while 002's and 002DE's panel is rectangular. I think that's one of the easiest way to tell if a Schindler Smart MRL is the 001 or 002 series. And lastly, all of those panels are, like ADDE said earlier, mounted on the landing door frame.

In addition to that, another difference between the Smart MRL 001 and 002 is their interior colors. Smart MRL 001 is distinguished by their single/unicolor interior while 002 is distinguished by their two/bicolor interior. For 002DE, it has a more luxurious interior designs than the other two models, but still has the same fixtures as the Smart MRL 002.

vad var det här förut?, jag tänkte det gamla maskinrummet är ett tecken på en gammal maskinrumshiss.
@SummerADDE_Elevators11 жыл бұрын
har alltid stått "Maskinrum till hiss" på kontrollskåp till hissar utan maskinrum, både MRL och t.ex. Skruvhissar från bl.a. NTD.
