Mujhe koi fark nhi padta koi mujhse baat kare ya na kare , mujhe rona aur hasna bilkul nhi aata , mai eye contact nhi kar pata jab mere ghar ristedar aate hai to mujhe unke sath baithne me ajib lagta hai mann karta hai kab unke pass se nikalu hmesha akele rehne ka mann karta hai , maine 2013 me Facebook account bnaya tha tabse aajtak photo nhi badali mai graduation kar rha hu 3rd year hai lekin meri kisi se dosti nhi hai , meri gali me meri kisi se batchit nhi hai mera kisi bhi shadi ya function me jane ka bilkul mann nhi hota hai , mera girlfriend bnane ka bhi mann nhi hota kabhi jabki mai normal hu sex life me , kya karu konsi medicine lu 🤔

Hy Rishab ! Every emotional pblm have a solution apart from pyshical pblm. Urs is not a disease.. it's mental illness I repeat mental illness.. it means u r creating by Ur own... It's simple to come out from dis... Just go to game u play most. Like cricket, snooker and badminton etc.. play daily n u gain physical exercise, mental happiness and more over u ll have gud communication vth Ur friends and neighbours... N do d same every day until u get confident n later apply it in every place n position.. gud luck dude👍👍

Sir meri wife ko personality disorder hai meri marriage ko kal 1 year ho gya tha maine bohot kosis ki ke unmain kuch changes aa jaye but nhi aa rhe or main bhi ab unke sath manage nhi kar pa rha ulta is samay main apni family se bhi alag ho gya hu or rent pe reh rha hu ..apna work bhi thik tarah se nhi kar pa rha ... har samay yhi sochta rehta hu ke ab kya karu ..sir unhe meri koi ehmiyat nhi kyoki unke dady or unki sis ne mujhe bohot galat bola lekin meri wife ne ek bar bhi unhe ye nhi bola ke ap galat bol rhe ho ulta unki baat sun ke hass rhi thi....... koi meri feelings nhi samajh rha please guide me please 🙏
