The only thing I could even possibly, REMOTELY, comment on would be the motors used for the propellers. I put four gear-reduction motors in my build of the Hood and they rotate at about 50 RPM. A tiny thing to mention out of a complete universe of excellence captured in this build. BRAVO!

Mir fehlen bei so viel Detailarbeit einfach die Worte, mehr als fantastisch. Ich such immer noch jemanden der mir den ehemaligen deutschen Hochsee-Bergungsschlepper "ARCTIC" von der Bugsier-Reederei detailliert baut, bin von 1970 bis 1973 auf ihm weltweit im Bergungs-& Schleppeinsatz gewesen.

Besonders schön finde ich die sich öffnende Kuppel für den Fklakscheinwerfer und überhaupt die beweglichen Teile und ihre altmodisch-mechanische Funktionalität. Das Modell dürfte Einiges wert sein und könnte das Highlight eines Marinemuseums mit täglicher Vorführung sein.

Eine unglaubliche Funktionsvielfalt. Immer, wenn man glaubt, "das war's jetzt aber", kommt etwas neues dazu. Und perfekt umgesetzt und in Szene gesetzt. Das ist Funktionsmodellbau auf einem anderen Level. Hut ab und tiefer Verbeugung!

That is so detailed it's insane. If the color scheme is perfectly accurate, I did not know Tirpitz's main turrets - Anton and Bruno - were different colors

Wow, that's amazing, I have never seen so many moving parts on a scale model. Only extra things I would like to see to make it better would be the smoke spread thicker and widerout of the smoke stack. Smoke from the gun barrels when firing and finally the crane for the tender to actually let go of the little boat and the little boat sail away. It's still amazing as it is though, thanks for sharing this with us 👍👍

it's one of the most famous warships ever built. You've heard of the Bismarck, I assume? sank the Hood in the historic battle of Denmark Straight. Britain's equivalent of the sinking of the U.S.S. Arizona. Tirpitz Bismarck's was her sister ship.

It's history and fate is one of world war two's most gripping and awe-inspiring stories. Obsessed with the Tirpitz' firepower in the north atlantic and its obvious threat to convoy shipping of materiel to Europe and the Soviet Union from the USA, Churchill ordered its destruction. That took most of the war and many, many missions.

Um, if you're interested: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iZa4fnePZZaoi6M The owner said EVERYTHING works. The engine is real, just smaller. The clutch and transmission are fully operational. The craziest feature in my opinion is the dashboard: the damn instrument panel WORKS... I still watch the video once or twice a year and cannot believe that the gauges are actually moving. Mind totally nuclear bombed when I first saw this about 5 years ago....
