Like a boss! By far the best installation video for this lock. @3:09 with the lock not working properly and “bolt not ejecting until programmed. Schlage could’ve put that important information in the manual.

I’ve noticed multiple things incorrect about this before you install you like you should download the app and use the Installation guide there it is more precise and allows use on more doors

SmokinG: If wire seems too short you must have a pinched wire or you are routing wrong.

When pairing lock with Apple TV, be sure the same iCloud account is used on both your AppleTV (signed in) and on your iPhone.

DRIZCOL do you mean apple HomeKit? That’s what you used on the phone, but you showed an Apple TV

Everytime I try to press add lock it says no Accessorys found and I followed all instructions and it still doesn't work

+Frankenstien 23 (Frankinstein) Is bluetooth turned on the iPhone? Also a device that supports bluetooth low energy (BLE) iPhone 4S and above. Double check the batteries in the lock are good too. If none of that works, maybe take the batteries out of the lock and restart your phone (power down).

If you did a firmware update, it will cause it to stop working for some reason...remove battery and reset to factory..go through installing on app again and it should work....at least for me it worked after i did that step.

I met the same problem and called Schlage customer service. They said I need to purchase a service for 10 dollar a month in order to connect to my locker via my iphone. Did you connect to the locker without paying for the extra money?

We've notice the firmware updates associated with iOS 10 have been a tad buggy. Best advice is to reset the lock or take batteries out if you have issues. Also now iPad's can act as HomeKit hubs if you don't have an AppleTV. support.apple.com/en-us/HT207057

the app sucks doesn't pair at all as you can see in video it took forever to unlock the app plain sucks
