It looks like the driver is telling the passenger to just tear off the fairing, but the passenger tells him the wheel is broken.

no he asked what happend and he told him that in the first corner after start, that some driver kickt another driver into her sidecar, that passenger see what happend but not the driver... So he drived full speed and the passenger hit him, because the tire is damaged, but he dont know this, so he is angry when the passeger stopped him... The dríver shouted very loud(can heard it on video) he say that the crash driver is a stupid, fucking......

and yes the bike was ok, but not the tire. The tire, break at one point on the tire, i dont know the word, we in german say "bremsplatten", i ask the driver after the race, he told me...
