Schnabel CEBX 800 in Duluth Minnesota with Soo Line and Burlington Northern Locomotives

The largest single loads carried on North American railroads also moved through the Port of Duluth-Superior. In October 1990 two Japanese-built cylinders destined for the BiProvincial Upgrader oil project in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, arrived at the Clure Public Marine Terminal aboard the Dutch vessel Starman Asia. The 773-ton cylinders were transported to Canada on the Asea Brown Boveri 36-axle Schnabel car, the world's largest capacity railcar according to the Association of American Railroads. Video features both Soo Line and Burlington Northern Locomotives pulling the huge schnabel care CEBX 800.

That car is a train alone. I thoucht that other Schnable cars were big but all I can say to this is HOLY FREIKIN' CRAP! CEBX 800 IS HUGE! Nice vid!

I find it hilarious that they have to say "no humping." Why would anyone think to put it through a hump yard? It is always part of a special train anyway right?
