we have a grid with 2 energy meter in the in same line with 3 separate ct each 800/5, no vt the reading we get from both meter is differ by 2 to 3 times, both meter are diff make, 1make is 6436H, other meter is grid supplied with same ct ratio, how to make both reading or check which is correct. what is pls parameter, can the kwh value be changed.

Hi demand period TNEB can fix like 15 minutes or 30 minutes If you select 15 mint your demand interval is also 15 mint . Our meter also calculated the demand ( average of 15 mint kva is a reached demand ) Still your not clear .pls contact 9940109085 Schneider service team

Import and export no need to do any setting...each phase kw value show+ve it's import value and kw shows -ve then it's export value
