Hoi, my english is better, sorry. I have some questions. I used the pan for the first time and its different from the one i had so.. 1. In the beginning there is steam coming from the small valve, after some minutes this stops, normal? 2. When the big valve is getting to the second ring there is a little bit of steam escaping, normal? 3. Can i clean the lid without removing the handel? I wanted to ask WMF myself but i cant get hold of them. Very annoying btw.

Everything you described is fine. It's all right You can remove the handle of the pan or not remove it. It's how you want

Nein, das soll eigentlich nicht sein. Wenn das Wasser ausläuft heißt es, dass Dichtung nicht in Ordnung ist. Am besten austauschen.

The product is a piece of junk: I bought one 4.5 liter from CoolBlue in Belgium, used it only 4 or 5 times before discovering the lid is locked and cannot be open anymore. The lids sliding knob is not moving down to unlock. The WMF service is of no use. Junk german made, 150 euro goes to trash.
