More apples than dough! Super creamy apple pie! Cake in minutes!
Preparation and ingredients:
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
Beat well.
100g sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
Beat well until frothy.
100ml milk.
20g melted butter.
Zest of 1 lemon.
Mix well.
80 g wheat flour.
Mix well.
Peel 4-5 apples.
Cut the apples into thin slices.
Drizzle the apples with 1/2 lemon juice.
Mix well.
Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the batter.
Mix well.
Put the apples in the batter.
Mix well.
Casserole dish 18 cm, cover with baking paper, grease and dust with flour.
Put the dough in a baking dish.
Place in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 40-50 minutes.
The taller the cake, the longer it will take to bake.
Let the cake cool down well without taking it out of the baking dish.
The result is a delicious apple pie.

I made it today . We loved it. Such a great taste of apples with lemon juice ,lemon zest and vanilla. Besides , it is a very healthy recipe with little sugar and butter , but lots of apples. Thank you for sharing it. I will make it frequently since it is a heathy recipe and tastes very good.

I always add all spice and cinnamon to apples, this time I decided bake without spices, because of lemon 🍋 zest. It turned out great. Apple-lemon pie 🥧. Its different taste 😋 Definitely will bake it again. Glad I tried without spices and discovered a new taste!!! Alternative to traditional apple 🍎 cinnamon pie 🥧

the first time I used delicious apples, stayed hard like wood, then I used golden apples, so much better, I used only lemon abstract, I made this 5 days in a row it was like eating a piece of heaven, I could not stop making and eating it! today I added frozen blueberries about a cup in with the apples. dark brown sugar sprinkled on top, WOW even better!! try it with the apples and blueberries. It has a bread pudding consistency. I bake it 45 minutes.

Good morning from Florida. I just stumbled on this video. Seems easy enough. Good thing for Googling measurements converter. Preheat oven 356 degrees F., 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup flour. Grams is definitely more precise, but, i do not have a scale. Apple cake turns out just right, had to thinly slice the apples by hand as I do not have a grater too. My cake came out just right! Yummy recipe! I added Greek yogurt and evaporated milk instead of regular milk and it was so good. I would say stick to the 40-50 minute time even if the top isn’t brown to your liking because I almost burnt my cake trying to get the top to turn brown. Thank you for the recipe!!
