There's a mod called "live in business" that lets you add lot traits to residential lots that allow you to run bars and nightclubs among other things. The title "house of haunts" makes me imagine having some sims living here run a surprisingly realistic commercial haunted house. :P

Loved this build and the editing a lot! I probably would have use less light, and maybe more candles and yellow light sources instead of white ones but otherwise this was great. Especially love the small witch room upstairs and the outside look of the house ✨🥰
