Yes in fact it is reference point for mid point between s1 and s2. But as it is used for lumbar spine mobility I have said near L5 vertebra . Thanks for pointing out that precisely 😃

It’s not fully correct what you explained sir, we need to mark 5 cm below from the point of superior iliac spine of both sides and 10 cm above. You explained well but I guess you missed 5 cm below , because less that 4cm can point towards positive Schober test and if we missed 5 cm down then we might diagnose incorrect.

Hi, 5 cm below PSIS doesn’t make any sense. As movement we are going to check only for lumbar spine. If you have any reference for the same please let me know. Thank you for pointing it out for discussion 🙌🏻
