I’m legit excited to finally get to hear from this guy you’re talking about! I’ll be back tomorrow to “meet him.” Also, I totally understand the need to step away from social media and I’m grateful for your commitment to this channel. Only one semester into my PhD program and I’ve realized how lonely this process is. Your videos make me feel like I have a friend alongside me who is also in the thick of it and is cheering me on every step of the way. Looking forward to more of what’s to come!

I am so proud of you!!! I love your channel again and thank you again for the email you sent me a while back about applying to Sociology PhD programs. I already submitted most of my applications back in early December and have another one due on Jan. 10th. I am extremely exited and a little nervous about hearing the decisions in mid February. I want it so bad!! lol I am currently on my gap year, and I must say its been really emotional and stressful, especially being in environments where people around don't want to further or has not further their education. Your videos and Leah's channel literally give Black women like myself hope for the future. Yes, the process of applying to grad school was emotionally hard for me but watching your videos, the email you sent me and meditating on the word of God has very much given me so much hope! I wish you all the best and hopefully down the lines we can meet each other at a Sociology conference :)
