Please what is one-tier masters. And what exactly should I do. And please where can I find someone already studying through SCYP. Lastly, I am seeing that there is an Entrance Exam. Motivation letter should describe why the applicant had chosen the specific studies and how their studies will contribute to the greater benefit of their local community in their homeland most probably it should address the university.

Yes you can get a recommendation letter from your parish priest but if you get it from your Archbishop it would be more appropriate as the requirements says that "You should have a recommendation letter from the highest authorities of your church"

As far as far applying you can apply to both but if you are at present a scholarship holder in Hungary you are ineligible.

You have to fill your intermediate information in secondary education because in foreign countries secondary education is equal to intermediate.

Indians can not apply to thos scholarship. These are only for countries where Christian's have been persecuted as minorities by a way or another including Pakistan, Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Israel rtc
