For the record, I thought that magic trick was awesome!

My only regret in your getting this review out so quickly is that it will probably increase the competition to buy one on the web site when it launches 😄 I was hoping that Ian would have the Pocket 6 at the Commonwealth Pen Show next month; unfortunately he won't be there. We were spoiled while he was living in Boston he set up at the Commonwealth almost every year. Several years ago I heard from another pen maker at the show that Ian was working on ideas for a fountain pen, so I have been checking in with Ian ever since. I sure hope I can purchase one on Tuesday.

That magic trick was baffling, to say the least. When I snail-mail you again, I'll tell you how to do my favorite card trick. I don't own a pocket pen. I've been tempted to buy a Kaweco brass pocket pen to enjoy the patina but I've never pulled the trigger. The problem I see with owning a pocket pen is all my fault. I write in spurts; my thoughts don't often flow freely. So I write a little and then I cap the pen until my next thoughts come to me. Pocket pens, unposted, seem too short. That means when I write, I'd uncap the pen, post it, and then unpost it and cap it until my next thought bubbled up. That would likely derail my feeble thought processes. But I can appreciate your support of an American penmaker. Kudos, David.

The pen and review was really good and shows the unique pen to it's best. But the magic trick....How is that possible ?? 🤔🤔🤣🤣

Yer freakin' me out with that Rubik's Cube stunt. I keep watching it and am thoroughly baffled. That is probably the best design for a pocket pen I have ever seen, and posted with that #6 nib is one heck of a transformation. Blast you man, now I want one!

Hi David! I'm wondering how much heavier you would say the brass section makes this pen. I'm thinking of buying one, but do prefer my pens to be a little heavier, so I was curious whether this section adds substantial heft to the pen, which would be nice for me. Thanks!
@FigbootonPens4 жыл бұрын
The brass does help add some weight. I don't find it to be overly light.

Okay, I just bought a brass Schon Pocket Six pen. Never thought I'd buy a pocket pen. I looked at the Kaweco and a review by SBRE Brown and opted for the Schon. The American-made Schon was more expensive but Dr. Brown's review dissed the nib. Thanks, David, for turning your fans onto Schon.

Yeahhhh well done David,,, there was a guy on America’s Got Talent I think it was that was doing this kind of magic with rubics cubes I think he went all the way to the finals... I was going to post the link to it as I know you’d like it but forgot, I think ? So to see you do it was exceptional, well done great. The little pen... super cool everything about it and If I wasn’t flat broke without a pot to p*** in I’d get one. I have no said pot because of having to pay for a major operation on my little jack russel who has a tumour, so pens and everything else will have to wait. This little pen is a really attractive design and the Bock number 6 nib was a real surprise. They’ll sell out tomorrow (19th now Uk). Thanks for the review and the magic... wonderful. Best wishes to all PenPeople. LeZc @@
