My day: 1.Wakes up 2. Gets some more sleep 3.brushes teeth and shower 4.skippes breakfast i never eat breakfast i just dont like eating in the momorning 5.What i eat for school: a sandwitch with nutella (good enough) 6.after school: makes homework 7.goes to eat something like chips or some grapes or cookies 8.yt time 9. Insta time until i fall in sleep 10.mom catches me sleeping on my phone when its stil on and its on loud 😧 My day....

Also if you don’t have precooked bacon you can just throw some bacon onto a tray and put in in the oven for 10-15 minutes on 150C

I love these ideas for my own lunches! I usually have leftovers for lunch to use everything and save money. I also make my own croutons. I use Italian bread and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and sometimes crushed red pepper or everything but the bagel seasoning. We eat them as a snack all by themselves, but love them on salads and in soup

You have done your homework, a excellent job. I have a married son, two sons at home still, 19@23 yr old who work, they do love variety, and great food like this being gym goers. I. Also have a 11 yr old girl we took in from Cate when she was a baby. Her sentiment is cool with variety. Your more artistic than me. Love your idea of containers for different components of salads, my egg is usually just put in a small sandwich bag, or salad that you wish not to spoil with other salad components.. love your creativity you seem to do with ease and naturally.
